Recycled cotton fabric sourced from the textile supply chain.
By using recycled cotton fabrics made from our WECYCLED® yarns, you can give your textile fabric a genuine USP. This is because, for these yarns, we return suitable yarn and cutting offcuts back into the textile cycle and process the recovered cotton fibres together with virgin cotton to create new yarn. We then use these to produce bespoke WECYCLED® recycled cotton fabrics in our weaving mill.
Quality without compromise.
WECYCLED® is recycled from unused yarn and fabric offcuts and offers you genuine Velener quality – without the compromises in quality that recycled fabrics can sometimes entail. This is because we blend the recycled fibres with particularly long-staple virgin cotton. This increases tear resistance and uniformity, and ensures excellent performance. We have verified all of this through numerous tests and optimisations during the development process.
Custom-woven for your specific application.
We manufacture WECYCLED® fabrics to your specifications regarding material blend, weave, weight per unit area and width. In doing so, we specifically tailor the proportion of WECYCLED® recycled cotton yarn and the rest of the yarn blend to the desired fabric quality, further processing and the intended application.

WECYCLED® recycled cotton fabric reintroduces existing cotton fibres into textile production. This not only saves on disposal costs; above all, it reduces the need for new raw materials. As the manufacturer, we can precisely document the proportion of recycled cotton used in your WECYCLED® fabric. And as we use only material from our own production – the offcuts of which we collect from our customers – the origin of the material is also traceable. In this way, WECYCLED® recycled fabric provides you with a transparent, traceable and sustainable product story.
