The recycled content and the material’s journey through the certified supply chain are independently audited in accordance with the Global Recycled Standard. This ensures you receive traceable information and the relevant documentation for your product communications.

The use of recycled cotton fibres replaces a corresponding proportion of new cotton fibres. The Global Recycled Standard verifies the declared recycled content and its traceability through the certified supply chain.

The Global Recycled Standard supplements the requirements for recycled content and traceability with social, environmental and chemical criteria for certified processing facilities. These include guidelines for chemical management, the use of water, energy, wastewater and waste, as well as requirements regarding working conditions.
