FSC®-certified viscose yarns
Viscose yarns from a controlled source of raw materials.
In addition to our cotton yarns, we now also produce FSC®-certified viscose yarns at our spinning mill in Velen. This allows us to expand our range to include a versatile cellulose-based yarn grade for further textile processing.
FSC viscose yarns are made from cellulose, which is predominantly derived from wood. They therefore belong to the category known as man-made cellulosic fibres (MMCF). Viscose yarns are soft and absorbent and can be used in a wide variety of textile products.
FSC®-certified. Traceable from the forest to the fibre.
For our viscose yarns, we use only viscose fibres from FSC®-certified sources. FSC stands for the Forest Stewardship Council and certifies responsible forest management. Furthermore, the FSC® label guarantees that only certified materials are passed on through the supply chain. As a wood-based textile fibre, viscose is also included.
This means you receive a yarn quality where the origin of the raw material is verified in accordance with defined FSC requirements – and concrete proof for your own textile supply chain.

Viscose yarns are a relatively new addition to our range. We have been spinning them since 2026. When processing the fibres, we rely on what has set our spinning mill apart for decades: textile expertise, modern open-end spinning technology and the customisation of our yarns to meet our customers’ requirements.
