Of course, your primary concern is a first-class product, and that’s exactly what you’ll get from us. But we also offer a service surrounding your order that sets the standard – because it makes working with us simple, reliable and a pleasure. That’s why you’ll be dealing with a dedicated contact person who knows your entire project inside out: not just a ‘salesperson’, but a textiles expert who understands exactly what you’re talking about and thinks along with you. You’ll receive a confirmed delivery notice before your order is dispatched.
Of course, on request, we’ll also set up a stock allocation for you and deliver just-in-time. And to ensure you can process our goods optimally on your machinery, our technical customer service team is on hand to provide on-site support should you have any queries.
That way, everything runs smoothly.
Warehousing and Logistics
Yarns and Fabrics on Call.
We keep not only our raw material – cotton – in stock, but above all selected standard grades of yarns and fabrics. Our high-bay warehouse provides ample space for this. So if you’d like to reorder a small quantity quickly: just get in touch, and we’ll take care of it.
We’re also happy to produce larger quantities on your behalf, store them at our premises and supply you with yarns and fabrics on demand – exactly when you need them. We also keep selected cotton grades in stock for our spinning mill, ensuring we can start production at short notice. Simply let us know how we can best support your supply chain.
And then it’s all sorted. It’s that simple.
Quality Assurance
Trust is good. Checks are better.
Do you only ever find out afterwards whether a product really delivers what it promises? Our quality philosophy is to give you maximum assurance right from the start. Wherever possible, we produce preliminary samples of fabrics and yarn blends developed specifically for you. Thanks to our high weaving standards and these quality controls, weaving faults are virtually ruled out. Nevertheless, we meticulously inspect every square centimetre of our fabrics for irregularities as part of a 100 per cent quality check. Furthermore, our development department has the facilities to carry out additional tests, such as those for tear resistance and load-bearing capacity. We would be happy to carry out the relevant tests for you. So that you can be sure that your Velener yarn or fabric delivers what we promise:
